农业产业集群是现代农业发展的重要方向,基于钻石模型分析湖南农业产业集群的现状,分别从生产要素、需求条件、相关与支持产业、企业战略、企业结构、同业竞争等方面对湖南农业产业集群竞争力进行分析,在结合自身区域的特点下,提出提升湖南农业产业集群竞争力的策略,从而构建湖南特色农业产业集群。
