To establish the freeze-drying process and the HPLC method to determine the main effective components and content of freeze-dried Polygonatum sibiricum of China. The results show that the freeze-drying process is a slice thickness at 3 mm, boiling time 2 min, pre-freezing temperature at-35 ??C, low-temperature holding at-10 ??C, low temperature sublimation at 10 ??C and drying temperature at 35 ??C.
