Features and Evolution of Self Organization of Rural Sport Public Service System

农村体育公共服务系统是一个具有自组织特征的复杂系统。运用自组织理论分析了它的演化路径,借用数学式模拟了它的演化过程,并根据系统超循环演化曲线及供给主体的特点和序参量的大小将其演化过程划为了6个阶型。结果表明,农村体育公共服务系统无时无刻不在进行着自组织演化,应基于熵原理、协同学、突变论、涨落性分别构建有利于农村体育公共服务系统有序演化的投入机制、协调机制、预警机制和创新机制。

Rural sports public service system is a complex system with self-organizing feature.With the self-organi zation theory,the paper analyzes its evolution path,simulates its evolution process with mathematical equation and classify it into six types according to the super cycle evolution curve,features of the main supply body and the size of the order parameter.The research results show that rural sports public service system is always in the process of self-organization evolution.The paper proposes to establish the investment,coordination,precaution and creation mechanisms of the rural sport pub...
