食品安全问题与人民群众的身体健康及生命安全有最直接的关系,同时对政治、经济、社会及我国的对外贸易和形象等也会产生不可忽视的影响。进入21世纪后,全球经济一体化趋势明显,我国的食品出口量逐年增加。但食品安全问题在一定程度上影响了我国出口贸易的长远发展。因此,要高度重视食品安全及其标准体系的建设问题。基于此,主要从食品安全的内涵、中美食品安全标准体系的概况、中美食品安全标准体系对比等方面,对食品安全及其标准体系的相关问题做了探讨,同时对我国食品安全国家标准体系的部分问题做了分析。

The problem of food safety is directly related to people's health, and also has the impact on politics, economy, society and foreign trade. Since entering 21 st century, the tendency of global economic integration is more and more obvious, and food export volume in China is increasing year by year. But the problem of food safety effects the long-term development of export trade in China to some extent.
