公共体育服务是新农村建设的重要组成部分,农村公共体育服务的目标是保障农民基本的体育服务,实现服务的均等化。农村公共体育服务的内容体系由体育场地设施、活动指导、健身组织、组织管理等要素构成。体育制度、经费、人力资源、场地设施、体育信息构成了农村公共体育服务的保障系统。效率机制、公平机制、问责机制、监督机制构成了农村公共体育服务的运行机制。应逐步深化农村体育管理体制改革,实现管理模式多元化,对管理工作实行绩效评估机制。

The public sports service is an important part in the building of new countryside. Rural public sports service objective is to protect farmers basic public sports services to achieve equalization of services; the elements of sport in the rural public service system are： sports facilities, activities guide, fitness organizations, organizational management, and information supply of such components.
