This paper is intended to study the life satisfaction of rural "left-behind" elderly people and the influencing factors based on the data from China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study (CHARLS) of the year 2011 and by the Logistic Regression Model. With regard to sample distribution, 83 percent of the people are satisfied with their lives, and 17 percent not.
