为了满足我国建设的可持续发展要求,具有节能、环保的预制装配式建筑成为建筑行业的新选择。但预制装配式建筑的施工技术与现场管理还处于不成熟阶段,因此,在其建设施工的过程中存在许多的安全隐患,给施工人员造成极大的安全威胁。本文对预制装配式住宅工程施工安全事故的类型及其原因进行了分析,并对加强安全风险管理的相关措施进行了探讨。
