以水稻(Oryza sativa L. )的胚性悬浮细胞和空心莲子草[Alternanthera philoxeroides (Mart.) Griseb ]的悬浮细胞为材料,研究了两种原生质体电融合的条件.结果表明:在交流电场为100V/cm,直流脉冲电场为1.5kV/cm,脉冲幅宽为40μs,脉冲间隔为0.5s,脉冲次数为2次,电融合液组成为10%甘露醇和0.4mmol/LCaCl2时,原生质体的融合频率达到24.6%.
