Eleven typical indexes have been selected from yield characters, morphological and physiological and biochemical properties. Upland/lowland relative values of all indexes and their weights have been applied to evaluate the drought resistance of upland and lowland rice. The result of comprehensive evaluation showed that the highest was TANGARA (4.06), significantly higher than the other varieties.
