旨在对传统的信息推送技术进行针对性的改进,提高信息推送技术与农业农村信息服务的契合度,克服农业农村信息服务存在的个性化不足问题。针对推送技术存在的缺陷,提出地域分区推送、协同过滤推荐、时间分块推送和记忆推送等适合农业农村信息服务的新方法。信息推送技术在农业农村信息服务领域中的表现一直不够理想,究其原因,在于推送技术缺乏针对性致使其难以满足用户的个性化要求。在农业农村信息服务过程中融入新方法,能有效解决信息推送技术的个性化不足问题,提高了信息服务的针对性。提出的新方法解决了农业农村信息服务的用户群复杂、缺乏针对性等关键性问题,使用户能够在庞杂的信息海洋中...
