Low-tannin sorghum is an excellent energy source in pig diets. However, sorghum contains several antinutritional factors that may have negative effects on nutrient digestibility. The impacts of proteases on growth performance, nutrient digestibility, blood parameters, and gut microbiota of growing pigs fed sorghum-based diets were studied in this study.
