As for the development level of the agricultural industry, it has been found that the development of the agricultural industry will affect agricultural carbon emissions (). The leading agricultural industries of different provinces have different carbon emissions from different types of agricultural production activities (), so the proportion of the total agricultural output value of each region in the total output value of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, and fishery is used in the measurement. Urbanization level: urbanization will affect agricultural carbon emissions (), which is expressed by the urbanization rate of the population in each region. Financial support: agricultural development benefits from the support of policies. This study chose local financial expenditure on agriculture, forestry, and water affairs to represent this variable. Disaster situation: agricultural production is strongly affected by the natural environment. The affected area of crops in each region was selected to express it.
