随着社会经济发展,由营养过剩引起的肥胖、动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、高血压、糖尿病、痛风与癌症等营养相关疾病日渐严重,已成为威胁人类健康的重要公共卫生问题。而其中的心血管疾病是造成全世界死亡率提高的首要原因。目前,针对心血管疾病的独立危险因素,已有大量降脂产品涌入市场,但大部分由于副作用或降脂效果不明显而达不到预期效果。近年来,人们密切关注和研究膳食多酚(polyphenols),已表现出其广阔的开发前景。多酚类化合物是所有酚类衍生物的总称,广泛分布于植物界,尤其是深色水果、蔬菜和谷物,具有多方面保健和药理作用。本文从机体脂肪代谢、脂肪细胞演化、肠道微生物等方面介绍了膳食多...
