祁阳县有生态公益林面积56 181.6 hm2,占林业用地的54.8%.根据生态公益林的区域特征和现有的经营类型,有目的选择典型的公益林建设模式,设立标准样地,经过时间观测和分析对比,对其经营措施要点进行阐述,为该县生态公益林建设的科学化、规范化、标准化莫定基础.
