建设高水平的教学研究型农业大学,信息是基础,构建信息保障体系是重要支撑条件。文章对信息保障体系的功能进行了探讨,并就信息资源建设、信息资源开发利用、社会化咨询服务和用户教育系统的构建进行了阐述。
