在调查我国区域性数字图书馆联盟建设现状的基础上,从思想认识、经费来源、利益平衡、技术因素、绩效评价等方面分析影响我国区域性数字图书馆联盟建设的关键因素,从多方位筹集经费、加强合作协调、建立利益平衡机制、加强区域性数字图书馆的技术和标准研究、加强联盟的绩效评价、注重联盟宣传、建立区域性数字图书馆联盟网络等6个方面提出了加强我国区域性数字图书馆联盟建设的对策。

Based on investigation of current situation of regional digital library federations,this paper analyzes the key factors of construction of regional digital library federations from understanding,sources of funding,balance of interests,technical factors,performance evaluation,and points out the developing countermeasure from the aspects of multi-channel of collecting money,strengthening cooperation and coordination,establishing balance of interests,emphasizing research of technology and standards,enforcing the alliance's performance evaluation,publicizing regional digital library federation and...
