用不同浓度的2,4-D,不同种类的培养基,对3个不同品种高羊茅成熟种子进行愈伤组织诱导,结果表明:这3个高羊茅品种对2,4-D均不敏感,诱导浓度需高于一般禾本科诱导浓度2 mg/L;3种不同培养基MS、CC、NB中,CC培养基为最适培养基.此外,本实验还对外植体处理方法进行了改进,将胚乳切除后,愈伤组织诱导率大大提高,愈伤组织质量也有很大程度改善.

Using different concentrations of 2,4D and different culture media, the callus induction experiment of three species of Festuca arundinacea was conducted, The results indicated that all of the three species of Festuca arundinacea was not sensitive to 2,4D, the concentrations of 2,4D for callus inducing was higher than other gramineous plants; CC is the optimal medium in all of the three media tested.
