Based on the analysis of the working process of the vane ofvane-type oxygen-adding machine under water, the paper puts forward the theorythat under stable operations, the moment of resistant force acted on the vane bythe water is mainly composed of two parts: the coherent moment of resistantforce and the working moment of resistant force.
