The dynamical changes of the serum lysozyme level were monitored in 15 rab-bits infected experimentally with tu wen virus. The results showed that the serum lysozymelevel at the incubation period was remarkably higher than the basic level (i.e.normal value de-tected before inoculating with tu wen virus). The serum lysozyme activity hereafter reducedslightly but rised to the maximum value at the agonal stage.
