对不同来源的7个黄花菜品种产量构成性状的分析表明,单花鲜重,花蕾数目是决定黄花菜单个花葶花蕾产量的主要性状;鲜蕾中氨基酸总量和多酚、黄酮类物质的含量与花蕾数目呈正相关,而与单花鲜重呈负相关。
