采用“粳籼架桥”方法育成粳型两用核不育系3088 S,于1990年通过阶段性技术鉴定。经1990,1991年连续2年育性稳定性观察和测交配组优势鉴定,结果表明;3088 S属温光弱感型光敏核不育系;开花习性为籼、粳中间型;与籼型广亲和系912935和876110配组表现较高的特殊配合力,可望在生产上应用。文中对选育温光弱感型光敏不育系的技术路线和两系法亚种间杂交优势利用策略采片“粳不籼恢”繁殖制种技术体系提出了讨论。

Japonica-double-function PSGMR 3088 S, bred by utilization of 'bridingbetween japonica and indica', was made technical identification in 1990. Obser rations of thefertile stability and inspection of combiation heterosis were conducted in 1990, 1991. Theresults showed that 3088 S belongs to PSGMR with blunt thermo-photosensitivity.Flowering habit is in the middle type between japonica and indica. The F_1 hybrid of 3088 Swith two indica wide compatibility straints 912935 and 876110 possess high specificcombining ability and is expected to release in production.
