In this paper,the effects of several methods of salt crytallization to treat mixedfatty acids of squid oil are compared.The results showed that acetone as solvent was betterthan alcohol,and Pb crytallization or Na crytallization was better than K crytallization,butthe recoveries of DHA and EPA by K crytallization were higher. The total contents of DHAand EPA in PUFA product was over 70% when fatty acids of fish oil were treated twice bysalt crytallization.
