为了解3个引进品种猪的种质特性,随机测定了34头杜洛克猪、38头长白猪和38头大约克猪的19项血液生化常值。结果表明,3个品种猪的血浆钾离子、钠离子和无机磷的含量均低于有关文献报道值;血浆氯化物和淀粉酶的总活性均高于有关文献报道的数值,其他指标都在有关文献报道的正常值范围内。方差分析结果表明,血浆总脂含量和乳酸脱氢酶、#gamma#-谷氨酰转肽酶及淀粉酶总活性在品种之间呈显著差异(P0.05)。

34 Landrace,38 Duroc and Lange white pigs were taken at random to examine the blood biochemical constants. The results showed that K+,Na+,Pi contents and alkaline phaphatase activites of three breeds were all below the normal range while their Cl- contents and total amylase activities were higher than the normal range.
