The double low rapeseed(B. napus) cultivar Xiangyou13,is derived from a cross between Xiangyou11 as the female parent and Xiangyou10 as the male parent. The cultivar has oil content of 40% in the seeds, erucic acid content of 1.35% in the oil,and glucosinolate content of 26.1 μmol/g in the meal.Xiangyou13 has the developmental pattern of semiwin terness rapeseed.
