为了探讨同部位不同等级烤烟的色泽和化学成分差异及其相关关系,以中部三级柠檬黄(C3L)和桔黄(C3F)烤烟为试验材料,分别测定了它们的色泽指标、常规化学成分和主要色素含量.结果表明:不同颜色烟叶的色度和光泽存在本质差异,其化学成分也存在差异.柠檬黄烟叶中总糖和叶黄素含量高于桔黄烟叶,但其总碱、总氮和β-胡萝卜素含量低于桔黄烟叶.色度和光泽部分指标与烟叶化学成分有一定相关性,甚至达到极显著水平.

To investigate the difference of color and luster, chemical components and their relationship of differently-graded flue-cured tobacco from the identical part of plant, C3L （lemon flue-cured tobacco leaves） and C3F （orange one） were used as material, and the index related to their color and luster, the contents of routine components and main pigments were measured.
