农业产业化过程中如何保证农户的经营绩效是至关重要的。以常州立华家禽有限公司的"公司+合作社+农户"农业产业化独特的制度创新模式为例,分析了该模式创建的动因、制度创新亮点和运行绩效。结果显示,该模式通过制度创新,保证了农户在农业产业化经营过程中的主体地位,提高了农业产业化经营的绩效。因此,农业产业化发展必须切实保证农户的主体地位,而通过合作社来协调公司与农户之间的利益冲突是可行的,若能真正落实合作社的市场主体地位,其制度创新的效果将更好。

The way to guarantee farmers＇ performance in the course of agricultural industrialization is very important. This paper takes the unique institutional innovation pattern＂ company ,cooperative and peasant household＂ in Lihua as an example, analyzing the motivation, highlight and operation performance of the model.
