现代农业的发展强调产供销、贸工农一体化经营，强调农业管理水平和综合效益的提高，迫切需要一批会经营、懂管理的劳动力参与其中。目前中国农村经营管理人才队伍存在数量不足、素质不高、组织化程度低等问题，为此，必须完善农村人才培养机制和信息网络，培养和选拔农经人才，服务现代农业建设。

The development of modem agriculture emphasizes on the integrated management of production, supplying and marketing, the integrated management of agriculture, industry and trade, in addition, the management level and comprehensive performance of agriculture management are also emphasized.
