建设统一的社会保障体系应是长株潭城市群建设的重要内容.当前,长、株、潭三地在社会保障领域与建设两型社会,统筹长株潭城市群发展还有一定的距离,有很多问题亟待解决,如农村社保是整个社保领域中的薄弱环节、管理体制分散政出多门、社会保障体各部分问题众多等.因此,建设完善的长株潭城市群社会保障体系,首先要确立长株潭城市群社会保障体系发展的思路和原则;其次,需整合社保工作机构,提高社会保障管理服务水平;第三要贯彻统筹发展原则,构建完善的社会保障体系.

The construction of a unified social security system should be an important content for Chang-Zhu-Tan Agglomeration＇s developing. At present, the social security system in Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan is mismatched to the construction of energy-saving and environment-protecting society in Chang-Zhu-Tan Agglomeration.
