外语学习过程中影响学习效果的最大因素之一是学习者的情感控制.从克拉申情感过滤假说视角出发,用调查问卷的方式分析了学生的动机、自信和焦虑三方面对学习效果的影响,发现大部分学习者持工具型动机、且动机越明确学习效果越好;自信对提高学习成绩有积极作用;高焦虑水平状态对学习效果有抑制作用.最后提出减少情感过滤的对策.
