The pig’s erythrocytes treated with α-galactosidase enzymes were transfused into canine. The clinical indices of canine were observed before and after transfusion, and the blood and urine indicators were tested. Then the second transfusion was conducted after dog’s urine and blood indicators returned to normal, to explore the possibility of heterologous transfusion.
