为解决油菜机械割晒中出现的铺放不整齐、不利于捡拾等问题,设计了输送带与输送链相结合的后铺式油菜割晒装置。该装置主要由拨禾轮、切割装置、输送装置、分离器和导向挡板等组成。确定了拨禾轮、输送装置、分离器等关键部件的结构参数,并对割晒装置进行了试验。结果表明,油菜后铺式割晒装置能顺利完成油菜的切割、输送、铺放。当拨禾轮转速为15 r/min,输送速度为1.05 m/s,前进速度为0.65 m/s时,测得铺条的平均铺放角度为24.4°,平均铺放厚度为53.5 cm,平均铺条宽度为95.4 cm。

In order to solve the problems of irregular spreading and hard to pick up for rape stalks, a rape windrower transportation device was designed with the combination of the belt and chain backward conveying. The device is mainly composed of reel spoke, cutting device, conveying device, separator and guide plate.
