Phenotypic traits of leaf, flower, fruit and seed of Vitis davidii

以25个不同类型的刺葡萄(21个引自湖南,1个引自福建,3个引自江西)为试材,以叶形结构特征、花器官性状、果实外观性状和种子表型性状为指标,采用分类学性状变异分析和主成分分析方法对16个分类性状进行综合分析。结果表明:不同类型的刺葡萄其叶形结构值有所不同,其中有3组的叶形编码值相同,即澧县–4刺葡萄与吉首–1刺葡萄、澧县–5刺葡萄与吉首–3刺葡萄、芷江~(60)Co刺葡萄与望城刺葡萄,叶片形态主要表现为三裂浅缘或全缘;根据极轴与赤道轴比和刺葡萄子房形态特征可得知刺葡萄雄能花,子房退化,形状不规则;两性花与雌能花子房形态分为4类,即窄圆锥形、较窄圆锥形、广圆锥形和较广圆锥形,大多数为...
