利用湖南省长沙银行控股的3家村镇银行的调查数据，从偿付能力、风险控制水平以及盈利能力三个方面选取11个指标，运用动态因子分析方法对村镇银行的绩效进行评估，结果表明：资本安全性、盈利性、流动性、资金使用效率是影响村镇银行绩效的关键性因素，其中资本安全性对村镇银行绩效的影响最大。
