Difference in chemical components and neutral aroma substances among different flue–cured tobacco varieties in full aroma style tobacco producing area

在湖南省桂阳烟区选择K326、云烟87、YZ206–9、湘烟3号4个烤烟品种,测定它们的化学成分和中性致香物质含量。结果显示:云烟87的总糖、还原糖和淀粉含量最高(30.26%、28.11%、4.74%),K326的烟碱含量(3.00%)最高,湘烟3号的总氮最高(2.16%),YZ206–9的石油醚提取物最高(5.46%)。4个烤烟品种烟叶除总糖、还原糖和氯含量均超出优质烤烟标准范围,其他化学成分含量均符合优质烟叶的标准。氮碱比和糖碱比也在优质烟叶范围,但钾氯比低于优质烟叶的标准。品种间烟叶的中性致香物质的种类一致,但含量差异显著。云烟87的中性致香物质总量以及大部分质体色素降解产物、美拉德反应产物、苯丙氨酸类降解产物含...
