家庭农场具有农业科技服务需求和供给的双重属性。发达国家以家庭农场为中心的农业科技服务模式，特别是美国“政府主导的‘三位一体’服务模式”、法国“非政府组织主导的多元参与服务模式”、日本“政府、农协双轨并驱服务模式”已非常成熟。其强有力的政府支持、健全的组织体系、发达的农民组织等模式建构及其为家庭农场提供优质高效科技服务的经验值得中国借鉴。借鉴的基本方略应该坚持以发展现代农业、家庭农场需求为导向，构建融公益性服务和经营性服务于一体、政府主导和多元主体协同参与的“一主多元”新型科技服务模式。
