基于湖南省15所本科院校的调查数据,利用DEA模型对本科院校创新创业教育效率进行评价的结果显示:高校创新创业教育效率呈上升趋势,但整体水平仍不高.运用Tobit模型对其影响因素的分析则表明:生源素质、高级职称教师比例和每年入校科研经费有显著的正向影响,生师比和生均实习经费的影响不显著.

Based on the data from 2013 to 2015 in Hunan, this paper evaluates the efficiency of innovation and entrepreneurship education by using the DEA model, the results show that the efficiency of education is on the rise though not high. Using Tobit model to analyze its influencing factors, it was found that there was a significant positive influence on students' quality, senior title teacher ratio and the annual scientific research funding.
