Analysis on variation of main chemical components of flue-cured tobacco leaves in Baoshan city

分析2010—2017年云南保山5个主产烟区(昌宁区、龙陵区、隆阳区、施甸县、腾冲市)3个主栽品种(K326、云烟87、红花大金元)的上、中、下部位烤烟的主要化学指标的变异特征.结果表明:不同年份间烤烟主要化学指标存在一定的变异,烟叶氯、钾氯比、糖碱比属强变异,稳定性较差,总糖、还原糖属弱变异,稳定性好.保山不同烟区之间烤烟化学指标的差异显著,龙陵区糖碱比最适宜(10.67),钾含量较其余4个烟区高7％～26％;氮碱比总体偏低,施甸县最低(0.65),腾冲市、昌宁区最接近优质烤烟化学成分适宜范围;隆阳区氯含量较其余4个烟区高36％～60％.烤烟品种间钾、还原糖、钾氯比、氮碱比差异显著,红花大金元还原糖...

The variation of main chemical indicators of flue-cured tobacco in the upper, middle and lower parts of three main varieties (K326, Yunyan87, Honghuadajinyuan) in five main producing areas (Changning district, Longling district, Longyang district, Shidian county, Tengchong city) of Baoshan, Yunnan province from 2010 to 2017 were analyzed.
