基于湖南省29个火电企业2012—2016年节能减排数据,运用DEA分析法对其节能减排绩效进行测度,并通过多元回归模型对其节能减排的影响因素实证分析和比较。结果表明:火电企业节能减排综合效率整体较低,大中型火电企业综合效率比小型火电企业高。盈利水平（净利润）、供电煤耗率对大中型火电企业节能减排分别具有更显著正向和负向影响;节能减排研发经费投入对大中型和小型火电企业均具有显著正向影响。火电企业提高节能减排效应的重点是降低供电煤耗率、增加节能减排研发经费投入。

Based on the energy saving and emission reduction data of 29 thermal power enterprises in Hunan province during 2012 and 2016, the DEA analysis method is used to measure the performance of energy saving and emission reduction, and the impact factors of energy saving and emission reduction are analyzed and compared through multiple regression model.
