Analysis of agronomic characters and medicinal active ingredient of Polygonatum cyrtonema with different genetic variations

以18个多花黄精种源为材料,研究不同种源多花黄精的农艺性状和药用有效成分的差异。结果表明:除根茎长外,不同种源多花黄精的株高、地径等农艺性状及其根茎多糖含量差异均达到显著或极显著水平;不同种源多花黄精的株高、地径、叶面积与其根茎长、根茎粗、根茎鲜质量均呈正相关,根茎多糖含量与株高、地径、根茎粗均呈负相关;多花黄精不同种源间没有明显的地理变异模式;除株高外,多花黄精不同种源的其他农艺性状与药用有效成分含量的遗传方差均小于其环境方差,遗传变异系数也均小于其环境变异系数;除株高和根茎多糖含量外,其他性状的遗传力均比较低;运用隶属函数法综合筛选出石门壶瓶山、沅陵火场...

By use of 18 provenances as the experimental material, we investigated the genetic variation of different agronomic characters and medicinal active ingredient content of Polygonatum cyrtonema at the provenance level.
