Characterization of the zooplankton community and assessment of the water quality in Zhushuqiao Reservoir

2016年4、6、8、10、12月和2017年3月,对湖南省浏阳市株树桥水库进行6次浮游动物和水质理化指标的调查分析。结果显示:水库中有浮游动物102种,其中原生动物31种、轮虫21种、枝角类23种、桡足类27种,在夏季、春季、秋季、冬季的采样调查中鉴定出的种类依次减少,原生动物、轮虫类、枝角类的种类数均在春季达最高值,桡足类的则在夏季达最高值,主要优势种为简弧象鼻溞(Bosmina coregoni)、广布中剑水蚤(Mesocyclops leuckarti)、裸腹溞属(Moina sp.)、发头裸腹溞(Moinairrasa)、中华似玲壳虫(Tintinnopsis sinensis)、哲水蚤属(Calanus sp.)等10种;浮游动物的平均密度为52.27 ind./L,变化范围为6.9~...

We collected samples from Zhushuqiao Reservoir in Liuyang city, Hunan province for six times in April, June, August, October, December of 2016 and March of 2017. The samples were subject to analysis of zooplankton and water physical and chemical indicators. The results showed that 102 species of zooplankton were identified in the reservoir, and the amounts of protozoa, rotifer, cladocera, copepoda were 31, 21, 23, 27, respectively.
