The nutrient composition of rice straw substrate and its characterization in vitro rumen fermentation

选取平菇六月灰(PoL)、大毛木耳(AhI)、茶树菇(Aa)共3种食用真菌接种于稻秸混合基质,进行20 d发酵培养,长满菌丝后收集稻秸菌糠(菌菇菌糠一体)进行常规营养成分测定及采集山羊瘤胃食糜液,开展为期72 h瘤胃体外发酵特性分析,探究不同食用真菌发酵处理对稻秸营养成分和瘤胃体外发酵特性的影响.结果表明:PoL和AhI组粗蛋白质(CP)质量分数显著高于Aa组的,AhI和Aa组中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)质量分数显著低于PoL组的;PoL组瘤胃体外发酵甲烷、氢气及72 h总产气量、干物质降解率和总挥发性脂肪酸浓度均显著高于其他2组的,PoL组瘤胃体外发酵液pH显著低于其他2组的.由此得出,PoL稻秸处理组的C...

Three fungi of Pleurotus ostreatus Liuyuehui(PoL), Auriuolaria hispida Iwade(AhI) and Agrocybe aegirit(Aa) were inoculated with rice straw mixed substrate and fermented for 20 days.
