乡村产业是乡村振兴的关键,开发乡村产业极其依赖政企合作.利用乡村本土资源,以政府的权力、项目或组织资源为杠杆,引导企业投入研发、生产和销售资源,是当前开发乡村产业的主流模式之一.政企负责人之间的非正式关系为政企合作开发乡村产业提供了成功的社会基础.以湖南省B县黄金茶产业开发为例,研究发现,政企合作深嵌于非正式关系中,应依靠非正式关系选择合作对象和确定合作内容;政企合作存在差序格局,依靠非正式关系形成的"差序"网络结构可解决合作障碍;政企合作受伦理原则支配,"家国情怀"伦理原则支持的非正式关系将提升政企合作境界.推进乡村产业振兴,既要在产业政策上给予扶持,又要理顺政企...
