以小鼠为模型模拟我国居民膳食习惯,探讨两种水平的玉米油与猪油的调和油、大豆油与猪油的调和油对小鼠体重、体脂率、血脂、血糖、肾功能、主动脉弓病理组织形态的影响。将40只8周龄雄性C57BL /6J小鼠随机均分为玉米油与猪油调和油推荐摄入量组(CR) 、玉米油与猪油调和油实际摄入量组(CA) 、大豆油与猪油调和油推荐摄入量组(SR) 、大豆油与猪油调和油实际摄入量组(SA),每组的基础日粮中分别添加3.8%玉米油与猪油的调和油、6.5%玉米油与猪油的调和油、 3.8%大豆油与猪油的调和油、6.5%大豆油与猪油的调和油,饲喂8周后进行称重、解剖,采集外周血清检测血脂、血糖、肾功能,取主动脉弓做HE病理切片...

The effects of two levels of blend oil of lard and corn oil or soybean oil on body weight,body fat rate,blood lipid,blood glucose,renal function and aortic arch in mice were investigated by simulating Chinese dietary habits.
