The fatty acid compositions in ten kinds of different brands of infant formula milk powders were detected and analyzed. The results showed that a total of 24 kinds of fatty acids were detected. And the fatty acid composition and content in these different brands of milk powders varied greatly. Palmitic acid content was between 14. 77% and 35. 72%.
