为了寻找促进我国种业企业发展的新对策，以我国主要种业企业为例，从资料和网络上收集相关数据，从政府资金投入和市场资金投入两方面分析了种业企业商业化育种科技创新资金投入和管理方面存在的问题，并由此提出一些解决对策，希望对种业企业发展有所裨益。
