随着我国经济增长速度的触底反弹,房地产投资过热趋势开始凸显。在介绍我国房地产投资的基本情况后,总结我国经济流动性过剩产生的原因,然后对流动性过剩进行度量,在此基础上对流动性过剩与房地产投资的关系进行理论与实证检验。实证结果支持理论分析的正确性,表明流动性过剩是我国房地产投资过热的原因之一。
