This study conducted comparative analyses on impacting factors and effects of college student learning satisfaction between online and offline teaching mode. The results demonstrated that: 1) students' learning satisfaction for offline teaching mode was significantly higher than that for online mode; 2) teacher-student interaction, student-student interaction, course content and teacher quality were significantly positively correlated with both online and offline learning satisfaction, respectively.
