The Empirical Analysis of Hunan Industrial Ecological Efficiency Evaluation and Influencing Factors—Based on DEA Method

以湖南工业产业为研究对象,基于DEA评价视角,全面评价湖南工业生态效率。选取科技投入、规模程度、环境监测、政府管制、经济发展速度、资本总额6项工业生产指标,采用DEA评价法测算湖南省14个市州的工业生态效率,对选取指标进行多元线性回归。回归结果显示:规模程度、政府管制与湖南工业生态效率呈显著负相关性,经济发展速度、资本总额与湖南工业生态效率呈显著正相关性。通过对影响因素的系统分析,找到提高湖南工业生态效率的政策切入点:限制湖南工业企业盲目扩张,规范政府管制行为,助力社会经济发展,增加节能环保资金投入。

Based on Hunan industry as the research object, this paper based on the DEA evaluation perspective, a comprehensive evaluation of industrial ecological efficiency of Hunan.
