Relationships between Road Network Density and Spatial Distribution of Urban Functional Land:A Case Study of Central Urban Area in Yiyang City

根据对益阳市土地利用数据进行核密度及相关性分析发现:(1)益阳市中心城区居住用地密度最高,工业用地比重略高于商业用地且分布呈现边缘化,商业、教育用地比重较小;(2)主干路与商业用地显著相关,主干路、快速路及支路对商业用地的集聚效应依次递减;(3)受出行、通勤等因素,次干路、支路对居住用地、行政办公用地分布影响较主干路强烈;(4)工业用地、教育用地与城市道路网络密度呈负相关关系,其中教育用地对次干路、主干路及支路的排斥效应依次递增;(5)在城区中心,各功能用地与城市道路呈现空间协同性,在中心城区边缘,呈现空间非协同性。研究认为,应根据路网特征进一步优化各类功能用地布局。

According to the land use status data of central urban area in Yiyang City and applying the kernel density method and correlation analysis, this article is found that: 1)the density of residential land of central urban area in Yiyang City is the highest, the proportion of industrial land is slightly higher than commercial land and its distribution shows a characteristic of marginalization, the proportion of education and commercial land are smaller;2)The correlation between trunk road and commercial land is significant, the agglomeration effect on the commercial land is different, the ranking(...
