Change of Cultivated Land Quality Level and Agricultural Space Protection Based on the Scale:Taking Yueyanglou District of Yueyang City as an Example

洞庭湖平原是我国著名的鱼米之乡,是全国重要的商品粮油基地,农业生产基础扎实。岳阳楼区位于洞庭之滨,土壤肥沃,资源丰富,是洞庭湖平原区典型代表。研究采用AHP-熵值法、综合指数模型、局部空间自相关分析岳阳楼区耕地质量级别变化及农业空间保护分区。结果表明:（1）耕地质量在2010—2018年呈上升趋势,以一、三级地为主且两期耕地质量等级分布规律相似。（2）耕地质量存在局部空间自相关,其中HH和HL型与高质量耕地分布保持一致,LL和LH型与低质量耕地分布保持一致。结合耕地质量综合评价和局部空间自相关分析结果,提出农业空间保护分区方案,满足耕地因地制宜保护与管理的现实需求。

Dongting Lake Plain abounds with fish and rice in China,as well as one of the important commodity grain and oil bases,with a solid foundation of agricultural production. Yueyanglou District is located on the bank of Dongting Lake and a typical representative of Dongting Lake Plain in terms of fertile soil and abundant resources.
